This four-week introductory program for Regenerative Health for A Climate Changing World addresses activist and caregiver burnout. If we are to promote Regenerative Health for A Climate Changing World, we need to be free from burnout. Burnout afflicts many who are passionate and dedicated, but ignore their own burnout signals. Throughout the world activists and caregivers are melting down from overload. Climate crisis spews healthcare consequences, and activists are pushed to the wall in an atmosphere of hopelessness.

Turn the Tide: Regenerative Health transforms dedicated climate warriors, community organizers, frontline workers, caregivers, rescuers, first responders and workaholics into vital, resilient and uniquely unprecedented leaders.

  1. Identify the dynamics of burnout;

  2. Tap the groundswell of vitality and resilience that is your endless potential; and

  3. Embody, easily and spontaneously, a lifestyle that prevents burnout.

Get inside your own somatic impulses that lead to burnout. Experience revelatory ways to turn on the resilience that is indestructible and that lives inside you, even when you are in the throes of exhaustion. Unlike other programs that give pointers, techniques and instructions, we emphasize the personal components of our individuated burnout patterns and alchemize them into regeneration. We will learn the nuanced body signals that are the red flags of burnout and how to answer them immediately, averting the meltdown.

Regenerative Health for A Climate Changing World starts with preparing you to not burnout while you are of service to others.

This program is an introduction to becoming a Regenerative Health Practitioner. In a time when every day brings heart-breaking news, it is essential that activism and leadership be protected by access to resilience and equanimity. In this series, you will see how you can remain in service to your family and community while still prioritizing your own wellbeing.

Four Meetings:

  • Wednesday, June 15th: Meet the Regenerative Health Model and Highlight Cultural Sensitivity;

  • Saturday, June 18th: How We Put Pressure on Ourselves: Identify and Transmute Your Personal Exposome;

  • Wednesday, June 22nd: Healing in Community: Building A Safe Container; and

  • Saturday. June 25th: Experience the Model for Regenerative Health in A Climate Changing World

Stephanie Mines developed Regenerative Health out of her wealth of experience as a trauma survivor and visionary who spearheads paradigm shifting programs including Climate Change & Consciousness and the TARA Approach for the Resolution of Shock and Trauma. She addressed caregiver burnout for the families of veterans in her book They Were Families: How War Comes Home. She has been a guest faculty member on the staff of trauma units in hospitals and in programs for youth in recovery. She launches her Regenerative Health series with this emphasis out of her personal and professional experience as a healthcare provider and a climate activist.
