CCC Hubs

What is a CCC hub?

CCC hubs are organized community groups, non-profits, institutions, businesses, ecovillages, innovation centers or educational bodies that self-organize an event of their own within the framework of Climate Change & Consciousness. Hubs typically watch the CCC19 livestream content and create spaces of vibrant, meaningful conversation and engagement in order to harvest and build upon the knowledge and inspiration gained.

Hubs can also be small, intimate and informal

Local community-based hubs can take many forms: you can simply watch the livestream together as a group (although we would encourage doing more); arrange dinner parties and sharing circles with neighbors; call public events in the local community hall; and so on. You could choose to run a 3-day or week-long event, or you could come together in your community to watch a segment or two every evening. You can shape your hub in whatever form suits you, using the content of the conference to leverage your own community dialogues, actions and projects.

Become a hub if any of these apply to you or your organization:

● you are a non-profit or company that cares about our shared future;

● you are an intentional community, ecovillage or demonstrative center;

● you are an innovation center or forward-looking educational institution;

● you pursue progressive environmental, social or political reform;

● you conduct environmental or climate change related research;

● you are deepening into human consciousness and transformation;

● you wish to create opportunities to deeply inspire your team(s);

● you desire meaningful conversations with allies and stakeholders;

● ...in order to strengthen or enhance your activism and projects.
